Platform Engineer

Job Requirements
- Experience delivering large, complex, highly available software system
- Ninja skills in Python
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOA, refactoring and unit testing
- Experience with web application servers, web development frameworks, proxy servers and relational databases

- Experience with MySQL or Postgres

Producer/Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, development and communication of multiple software projects from design through implementation.
- Manage day-to-day production issues.
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan to determine resource, budgetary and time requirements.
- Manage the communication between team members, outside developers, consultants and the client.
- Work with the Agora leadership team to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the Development team to efficiently produce high quality work on time and budget.
- Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment/culture.
- Determine market needs and wants through an ongoing relationship with customers and partners.
Experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the software field.
- Professional experience and interest in the video game industry.
- Comfortable with project management software, Gantt charts, timelines, and milestones.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-oriented field.
