Hydra Product Suite
The Hydra Product Suite provides a two-way conduit between the game and the web. Game developers, web developers, and marketing professionals can access and analyze game usage data in real-time. In addition to basic game stats, Hydra offers add-on modules that enable data-driven social networking features like online clans, tournaments, user profiles, community leaderboards and user generated content that have proven to extend the life of a game. Implementation of the SDK and API requires minimal resources from game and web developers.
Game developers are provided a simple Game-SDK that is used to connect to Hydra, and web developers are given a Web-API to easily implement social networking features in online communities and other social medium. Agora’s support engineers guide the client through the process of including simple code in the game, and they then support internal client web developers or third-party developers in implementing features on the web.

Online gaming communities can have forums, profiles, clans, friends, mobile extensions, tournaments, user generated content, and game-wikis. The online gaming community can be built on top of the Hydra Web-API, or acquire data from various other sources. Community Management
Agora offers two levels of Community Management Services: Community Moderation and Community Engagement. Community Moderators regularly review forums and profiles to ensure that profanity and inappropriate behavior is filtered, and that COPPA laws are being followed. Community Managers proactively plan events and tournaments to help drive traffic to the site and retain existing community members. Weekly, monthly, and annual reports for clients detailing website analytics, community member stats, important forum topics, and summaries of past events.
